i'm taking a vacation the last week of April. just decided it would be cool to leave NYC and participate in a critical mass ride somewhere else in the world, perhaps overseas. i only have one week. any suggestions based on first hand info? i want something wild and fun with a large crowd but without risk of arrest, etc. (i've heard there's been some issues in london, tho' i guess no arrests since it was knocked down in court.) and the rest of my week should be worth the trip too.
