    <summary type="html">hi. some of us in st. petersburg, fl are trying to start a critical mass, but we never have more than 9 people at a ride. we put out fliers and announce on myspace. does anyone have some suggestions for how to get people to show up?&#xD;
&#xD;
open to any advice, we'd really like to have a real mass.</summary>
